    Eligibility

    Power Connect allows you to choose the people who will benefit from your energy saving, such as single elderly people and elderly couples, disabled people,and low-income families.  CLP will offer HK$500 electricity subsidy to 30,000 households in need to offset against their electricity expenses in 2019. 
    The programme will also provide HK$500 financial assistance to 10,000 subdivided unit households to alleviate their electricity expenses in 2019.

     

    All beneficiaries must be nominated by Non-governmental organisations (NGOs). If you belong to one of the categories below, please contact the relevant NGO directly or speak to your social worker.

    All applicants must be:
    1. Hong Kong Resident;
    2. Living in CLP electricity supply area
